As a Customer, if you did not follow any of the below rules, we have all the rights to cancel your returns, refund, and Cancellation without any prior notice.

First Thing You Have To Do After Receiving Our Products

1. You have to take a photo of the backside and front side of the received package before unpacking using a camera or mobile phone camera
2. After that, while removing the package, you have to record the unpacking of the product as a video using a camera or mobile phone 

Return Policy rules

We are offering Four Days (04 Days) Return Policy, So if you would like to return the product you have to initiate the return within four days (04 DAYS) from the date of receiving the product.

If you have taken the picture and video of the product as mentioned above then we can initiate the return, ONLY if the product has any one of the following issues

1. Wrong Product – If you received the wrong product, size, or color.
2. If the product has quality or manufacturing defect
3. if you received the product in damaged condition.

Important Note: We will never initiate the refutrn for personalized product with your name, pictures, numbers or any other modifications specially designed for you on the product. PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

The item you are going to return must be with all the original packaging, including bills, covers, cushions, boxes and the item you are going to return must be unused, and un weared.

How To Initiate the refund?

1. You must send the recorded video and picture of the product taken before unpacking the product
2. Send the Videos and Pictures to us at info@decorforhome.in or Send them  via WhatsApp at +91 94445 79756
3. our team will check your video and picture, and if you are eligible, we will initiate the refund within 03 to 10 working working days as a gift card or gift code, or as a discount in any other products in our website. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUND
4. After we initiate the refund, our product pickup guy/girl will come to your place to pick up the product.
5. You have to return the product with the original box and packing materials including foam and invoice,
6. If you didn’t submit the product with the original invoice and packing our pick-up guy/girl has the right to reject your returns.

Refund Policy

1. we will refund you the amount you paid as gift card, discount codes, gift code, you can use the code to buy a new product on our site. after checking the received product WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUND OR REFUND MONEY THROUGH BANK 
2. So usually we will refund the amount you paid us as a gift coupon to your mail id within 10 – 15 working days.
3. So while sending us the return request, you have to send us the details of e mail id to get the refund as a store credit.

Cancellation Policy

We (decorforhome.in) as the leading e-commerce website, always prefer our customers to get their products as soon as possible, So as soon as you order a product on our website, your product will be packed within 2 to 4 hours with the invoice. So if you want to cancel the order, you must cancel it within 12 hours, after you order on our website.

Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
